Need help with PromptStore? Email support with your device model, iOS or macOS version, and a short description of what went wrong.

Common questions

• PromptStore does not require an account.
• Prompts are stored locally on your device with SwiftData.
• You can import and export prompt files from the Library screen.
• Browse examples are bundled offline and do not require a network connection.
• Spotlight search and Shortcuts work system-wide once the app is opened at least once.

Troubleshooting

If a prompt disappears or the app stops launching, try force-quitting and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, email support with the steps that led to it and we'll take a look.

Feature requests

Suggestions are welcome. Send them to the support address with a short description of the use case — concrete examples are more useful than abstract features.
