By downloading or using PromptStore ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference.
License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PromptStore on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
Your content
Prompts and data you create in PromptStore are yours. The app stores everything locally on your device. We have no access to your prompt library.
Acceptable use
Do not use PromptStore in a way that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights of others.
Disclaimer of warranties
PromptStore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
